SUBSTRATE HARDENER / ADHESION PROMOTER
- Improves and strengthens weak and powdery substrates
- Protects iron and steel against rust, fixes loose rust particles
- Adhesion primer for concrete repair

- 2-component epoxy primer
- High penetration into porous substrates

Instructions
- Preparation: Minimum application temperature: +5°C
- Apply to clean, completely dry substrates
- After mixing, processable for +/- 30 minutes at temperatures of +20°C. At high temperatures, the components can be cooled for longer processing time
- Pour the hardener (component B, plastic bottle) completely with the resin (Component A, can), or use the supplied measuring cup for a 1 to 1 mixing ratio
- Mix thoroughly until both components are completely mixed
- Processing: After mixing, apply immediately with a brush or roller
- On highly absorbent substrates: apply a second layer after +/- 1 hour or longer
- Tec7 adhesives and sealants can be applied wet-on-wet to Poxy Primer
- After application protect against moisture and rain for 24 hours
- Can be walked on and dust dry after +/- 12 hours at +20°C. Chemically chargeable after 7 days at +20°C
- Clean tools with Spray & PUR Cleaner
- Paintable with most lacquers and paints
- Consumption: Depending on the porosity of the substrate:
- First coat: 150 - 300 ml/m²
- Second coat: 250 ml/m²
